MIA Alphabet

This is my first movie that I made in Moving Images Art. As part of our induction into the subject, we had to practice using the program Final Cut Pro and get used to using mac computers; both of which I had never used before. We had to create a little movie of images that represented letters of the alphabet. They didn't have to be in order and we could choose whatever letters we wanted, but we had to try and be creative. I think the images for P, X and Z were preety good, as the clips used had movement in them, making them more interesting. However, some of my images aren't as good, such as the letter R made in the rocks, so perhaps next time I should try to be more creative or look at how I could represent the letter R metaphorically. Also, I should have put a banner or something to put the text against, as in some parts of the movie the text is hard to read. I tried changing the colour of the text several times, but I couldn't find one that was clear against all of the clips. So next time this happens I'll need to find out how to put the text in a banner of some form, or find out another way to make the text clearer. *EDIT* I've realised that around 20 seconds it replays a part of the clip with the paper airplane, but this only happens on youtube for some reason; on the quickplayer it's fine. I'll have to try and fix that as after 20 seconds the images aren't in time with the song. I think I know why this has happened and I think it's due to the editing I did on Final ...
