IOW they should estimate 45+ before using LIDAR(?) How about that obstruction of trees...seems the hit was pretty instant after clearing them, when did he 'visually estimate'? How much time does that take, like 0.01 seconds? ;-P (why was he targeting the corvette instead of the faster car which passes?)
