Red Nissan Maxima was making a left turn. I was next to it, when the light turn red. Far after the light turned red she proceded thru at about 20mph. The patrol and the white van had a solid green light and both proceded, they did not notice the Maxima still in the intersection. Both the officer and driver of the white van 'T-Boned' the red Maxima. Several children and one adult female were in the Nissan Maxima. One driver and one passenger were in the White Van. (Chevy Express.) One officer was inside the patrol car.
