The initial alert was about 10 seconds prior to the start of the video as I came around a big left curve. The UHP patrol car must have just came over the big hill way ahead. I did spot the UHP patrol car as it drove past me, but I failed to capture it on video. I was driving south bound on I-15 just north of Scipio, Utah where the posted speed limit was 80mph.
